Where a Digital Selfie Pod is provided at an event, photographs taken using the pod may be securely stored so that the event organiser can receive a post-event gallery or download link. Images captured using our Digital Selfie Pods may also be used by Mr M Events for promotional and advertising purposes, including on our website, social media and marketing materials, where appropriate permissions have been obtained. Additional care is taken with images featuring children or young people, and these will only be used for promotional purposes where appropriate consent or permission has been obtained. For school events, galleries may be provided directly to the school or authorised organiser, and we will work with the school regarding the appropriate use of event images. If you do not wish images from your event to be considered for promotional use, please contact Mr M Events.

We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of children and young people. Where our services are provided at schools, children's parties or other events involving children, we will take appropriate care when handling personal information and photographs. Where applicable, we will work with the school, parent, guardian or event organiser regarding appropriate permissions and the handling of images and other personal information.
